Winslow sits in Navajo County in Arizona\'s west region, where arid desert weather and UV degradation drive most of the roof issues we see. Our local contractors know the concrete tile systems that hold up here, the ventilation specs the Navajo County inspectors want to see, and the insurance carriers that actually pay claims fairly.
Given Winslow\'s climate exposure, our pros most often recommend concrete tile or clay tile for residential work.
Arizona requires a Roofing Contractor (R-42 / C-42) license from the AZ Registrar of Contractors with a $9,000+ bond.

"This roofer ripped us off! There are several things this company did that should serve as warning to anyone considering them as their contractors. 1) They falsified their time sheets. They added an extra hour of time to the bill after i reviewed their sheet. The sheet that i signed ( I received a copy) to the sheet that was included in the billing was different. Their representative called it a 'mistake'. 2) They billed me for their workers lunch break even through they said that time was non chargeable. They lied about it too. The workers said that they did not take any breaks, but after reviewing my surveillance cameras i noticed that one guy left and another worker sat there eating his lunch. Why should I pay $110 an hour for a guy eating his lunch? 3) I went out to sign the paperwork at 2:00 PM, waited while the guy wrote up his sheet on the premises and signed off. They left at 2:10 PM. Their final bill that they sent me showed 3:00 PM. Why should I pay $220 (two guys) dollars an hour for a guy to fill out an invoice? Their shop is literally a 4 minute drive away from our location, what were they doing? Considering these violations I have witnessed, I strongly urge anyone considering these contractors for their project to think twice. Are you going to have surveillance on-site to verify what the workers did? Can you trust they will not increase their projected scope of work to pad their invoices?"

"Had my full roof replaced with any points of entry for rodents sealed up. The work was done on schedule and it was very easy to work with Dave (he was very professional) and the team at Los Gatos Roofing. The place was left very well cleaned up, and the roof looks great!"
Review for: Los Gatos Roofing

"We chose Los Gatos Roofing not only because of their fair pricing and strong reputation (several homes in our neighborhood had recently used them, and we often saw their trucks nearby), but also because of our great experience with Bret Bourbons, the project lead. After getting several quotes, we ultimately went with Los Gatos because Bret was professional, honest, and never pushy. After inspecting our roof, he didn’t pressure us into replacing it, which we really appreciated. The team was extremely professional and well organized throughout the entire project. A big shout-out to Bret, the Ramirez brothers, and the whole crew for their hard work and for completing the roof so efficiently. Thank you!"
