"Marlon Waters and the Modern Roofing Team did an amazing job on our new roof!! This is our third house needing a new roof, and Modern Roofing exceeded our expectations for the first time in all my previous experiences. "I had my roof replaced back in early December. Masio Perez was my sales rep, and he did a great job letting me know what to expect. I have solar panels on my roof, and he made sure to let me know that they would be expertly removed before roof installation and properly put back after new roof installation. Masio informed me that the price would be higher because of the solar panel situation which was to be expected. Luckily, my insurance covered it so it wasn't a problem. Masio was great about staying in contact throughout the entire process. I also have a garage that has no sealing so unfortunately, wood chips fell into the garage during installation. This was expected, however, and I tarped the entire garage to minimize the mess. Masio was nice enough to come over to my house a day after the job to help with the clean up of the garage, and I can't thank him enough! I would definitely use this company again should I need a future roof replacement."
