Nellis AFB sits in Clark County in Nevada\'s west region, where arid desert weather and UV degradation drive most of the roof issues we see. Our local contractors know the concrete tile systems that hold up here, the ventilation specs the Clark County inspectors want to see, and the insurance carriers that actually pay claims fairly.
Given Nellis AFB\'s climate exposure, our pros most often recommend concrete tile or foam roof for residential work.
Nevada requires a C-15 Roofing license from the State Contractors Board with monetary limits set by job size.

"The roof replacement was done in a timely manner ..everyone was pleasant and thorough! They also helped me get the information that the mortgage company needed to go forward as well. Picked up the trash items, equipment/nails etc and the final inspection was done as well as a couple of areas regarding the gutters were fixed on the spot. Overall very happy with the process !"

"We had an extremely weird experience with A-Best that ultimately led us to canceling our appointment for (what we thought was) a roof inspection. TLDR: A-Best being weirdly sexist about my roof & being blatantly obvious that they intended to sell us a new one, even though all we wanted was an inspection Long version: As we prepare to sell our house, our realtor suggested we get a roof inspection to get ahead of any issues that could pop up in a buyer's inspection. Realtor suggested A-Best. My husband (who works from home) called A-Best to schedule that inspection, and was grilled by the A-Best employee about what he does for a living (we felt this was irrelevant, but whatever), his wife's name and what his wife does for a living (weird for just assuming that he has a wife, and also irrelevant), and if his wife would be available to attend the inspection. He said he wasn't sure, and the agent strongly pushed him to consider talking to his wife before scheduling the inspection. My husband went ahead and scheduled, against the wishes of the A-Best agent. Skip to today, the day of the inspection, and my husband gets a call from the same agent, asking if I (wife) would be present for the inspection. He said no, because I was at work, and then asked why any of this was relevant for a basic roof inspection. The agent then pressured him to make sure I could attend because "there are lots of choices for colors and other options and your wife will want to make those decisions." My husband canceled the appointment in response to this, because it was indicative that 1. they're doubling down on being weird and 2. they were going to try to sell us on a new roof, including pressure to choose "colors and options," even though all we wanted was a seller's inspection. All in all a bizarre experience. I'm all for consulting your partner in making aesthetic decisions about your home... but this crossed a line in multiple weird ways. Saw several other reviews with the same experience, so sharing to validate that this is still happening!"
